Terms and conditions
By requesting or receiving services from our shop, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Location
All automotive work is expected to be performed at the shop. Services requested outside of the shop will incur a $30 travel fee.
Service Timeframe
Automotive services require a minimum of 24 hours to complete. Depending on part availability, workload, and the nature of the repair, services may take up to 30 days to complete.
Scope of Service
Payment for a specific service covers only that service. Automotive repairs do not guarantee that all vehicle issues will be resolved. Customers should not expect additional services or repairs beyond what has been requested and paid for.
Diagnostics
The mechanic is not responsible for identifying unrelated automotive issues if a diagnostic service has not been requested and paid for in full.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Customers may provide their own parts for installation. However, parts supplied by customers are not covered under the shop’s warranty.
Warranty Policy
Shop warranties apply only to parts sourced through the shop. Warranty terms depend on the specific part purchased. Customers should inquire about warranty details within 48 hours of service completion.
