Returns and refunds

All services provided are final and non-refundable once completed.

Refunds are not available for labor or service charges under any circumstances. However, partial refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase for parts purchased through our business if a return is approved by the part issuer or supplier.

If a part refund or return is approved, the amount refunded will be based on the refund issued by the part supplier. A $50 service and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for each order to cover handling, administrative, and restocking costs.

Refunds will only be processed after confirmation and receipt of the refund from the part supplier. Additional supplier return policies or restocking fees may also apply.
